What to expect from our water damage repair and clean-up process:
First, we survey your entire property and determine the extent of the damage. We will provide you estimate for the repairs and restoration. Upon approval, we immediately deploy our service technicians who use specialized tools and methods, to start the clean-up process.
First, we remove all traces of standing water. Even an inch of water left standing for too long can lead to the breeding of bacteria that causes mold and mildew. Then, we remove your contents. You can store them in our secure facility or one of your choosing.
Next, we stabilize the moist and damp environment with large air dehumidifiers and air movers to suck out the damp air that can cause further growth of mold and mildew. At the same time, fresh and dry air is blown back into the environment to stabilize and dry the environment.
Then, carpets and flooring are replaced, and all surfaces are cleaned and dried.
When the water damage restoration process is complete, your valuables are returned to their original surroundings. If you prefer, we also offer the option of storing your belongings in our storage facilities for the length of the restoration process.
